  Chase keeps sending me emails about becoming a customer by signing up at a local branch.I've finally decided to go to my local branch on Greenfield and Baseline on 4 different occasions and have been told that the banker isn't in yet , bankers booked up for the day , or the banker can't see you for a few hours. It's hard to believe that such a big bank only has one person opening up accounts for people. If Chase can't take care of me before I become a customer, what's to make me think they'll take care of me after I open up my accounts and give them my money. Good news is that I have choices and I'd definitely consider anyone who reads this to go elsewhere. P.S ... I was being generous with the one atar.
