  My friend sent me a check as a house warming and show of support. I went to the Gilbert location to cash it this morning. The male manager had to call on it and verify funds. Ok. I can support the fact that they are looking out for their customer. What I cannot support is how he treated me when he couldn't reach my friend. I've never been made to feel like such a criminal before in my life. I hold a security clearance from the federal government and just received a class 1 fingerprint clearance card from the state of Arizona. He looked at me like I was a tweeker asking to cash a check written in crayon. It's offensive and horrible customer service. My friend now feels awful that something that should have brought me joy is causing me so much frustration. This person needs some serious training in customer service.
