  Very well managed, very well maintained. I lived here 9 years, then lived in houses for several years. When I was ready for an apt again I moved back here.

  Well now that im in here i love it. The staff is very nice and the complex is very clean. I am close to everything. The maintenance guys are very quick to respond to your needs switch you do not find and many places. I must say after living in Fountain Hills Arizona for so many years. I love calling this place home!

  This company is never gonna appreciate their good employees all the time all the effort they put into their work. As an ex wife of a maintenance supervisor of 17 years it was hard not having My husband on any special events with his 4 kids birthdays school activities he missed most of family time special moments that we can't give my family back. Being on call its hard for all of our family. To any family! Its hard for the family and as maintenance to drop any special family time and head to work to take care of any on calls. Yeah! Its their job but its not worth you loosing your family for that. Unfortunately they do background check and for any stupid minor charge they have they get fired without any second chance any opportunity. Without thinking of everything you did all the times you left your family to go take care of any on calls they'll fired you. All I gotta do is Thank that company for breaking my family apart. They fired my husband and he wasn't able to get back on his feet after that so we end up getting a divorce. For ALL MAINTENANCE OUT THERE YOUR FAMILY IS MORE IMPORTANT dont loose any special moments for a employer that at the end its gonna stub you in the back.
